    Great BAR-B-Q! We stopped in here during our spring break trip across the state! I am so glad we did! All of my kids loved their burgers and my wife and I had pork ribs and chicken. The meat was

    This past September, my husband and I were returning to Seattle from a 2 month tour of the good old USA. We both dearly love barbeque so as we were traveling through central Washington we “googled”
    for “BBQ” and up came Rodeo City Bar-B-Q in Ellensburg, WA. We read google comments and then we went to the RCBBQ homepage ( and decided to give it a try.
    And oh my gosh were we ever glad that we did! We had the “BEST” barbeque ever! Believe me, we know good barbeque! We have had barbeque all over these United State as we traveled through the Mid-West,
    New England, Texas, and California.
    Their authentic pit-smoked barbeque is the absolutely best. The tri-tip and pulled pork sandwich were sooo good! Not to mention their homemade salads, sides, and desserts. We took some of their pork
    ribs home with us and are eating them now which prompted me to write this review.
    All I can say is... Ellensburg, you have a great Rodeo but you also have a great barbeque restaurant! We shall return!

    it was super suprizing how inexpensive it was for the amount and quality of the food, it was also very speedy service, the decorations and the glasses were awesome and my favorite song was the first
    song that played over head i had the tri tip and ribs meal and the meat literally almost fell off the bone. i will definitely be back next weekend

    I have a recipe for ribs that we use. It is ralley easy and the ribs turn out pretty good for oven ribs. WE use pork spare ribs since they are cheap but the original recipe calls for pork baby back
    ribs. I'm sure you can use any kind!From Allrecipes.comIngredientsPork spare ribs or other typeRib RubBottle of BBQ sauce1. Tear pieces of foil for the ribs and spray with vegetable cooking spray.
    Apply rib rub to ribs. Brush ribs with barbeque sauce of choice.2. Wrap tightly and refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours.3. Preheat oven to 300 degrees4. Bake ribs in foil for 2 1/2 hours.
    For crispy ribs you can add more BBQ sauce and broil the last 15 minutes.
